My goal as a Naturopathic Doctor is to help my patients access their highest potential. I believe that our health is our most important investment, and I empower my patients to take ownership of their health while providing the education, tools, and encouragement my patients need at every step of their journey.

My passion for naturopathic medicine was inspired while completing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, where I learned about the individualized, patient-centered, and holistic approach that Naturopathic Doctors have the privilege of utilizing. I knew immediately that this profession aligned with my personal values, and I went on to complete my naturopathic medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster.

While I love working with a variety of patients and concerns, my passions include treating women’s health conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause; skin conditions such as acne; and chronic stress/burnout.

I also hold certifications in intravenous (IV) therapy and both cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator (botox) injections. In my aesthetics practice, I combine medical injection techniques with an eye for facial symmetry and enhancement of your authentic beauty. I aim to create natural results that soften the signs of aging and help you feel like your best self throughout all stages of life. I look forward to supporting you on your health journey!
